About us

Swimming, taught properly — for everyone.

Swim Africa Ghana provides swim lessons for all intents, purposes and people in Ghana. We've run standardized, internationally accepted swim instruction since 2015.

Our curriculum adapts Canada's Long-Term Athlete Development ladder alongside recognized programs like USA Swimming and Swim Australia — and it sits squarely with the new Ghana Swimming Pathway adopted in 2026. No learner is left behind.

Led by our Head Coach

A background in Sport & Exercise Sciences, and the coach who led Ghana's senior team to third — our highest medal count yet — at the Zone 2 Senior & Junior Championships in Senegal.

Why Swim Africa Ghana

What keeps families coming back

International mindedness

Our framework draws on multinational coaching cultures that shape our curriculum, lesson planning and delivery.

Community-driven

From early years to advanced competition, we run on communal support, volunteers and parent involvement. No learner is left behind.

Rigorous preparation

Teacher training, professional learning and weekly peer review. We discuss every learner on our program, every week.

Parent & client engagement

Parents are encouraged to engage our teachers and admin for clarity — with clear channels to raise concerns and have them addressed promptly.

A philosophy of learning

We link swimming to what learners already know, so skills become meaningful — something they can own, adjust and reframe for themselves.
